Good news for artists, they’ll keep 100% of sales.

Last month Bandcamp waived their share of the revenue share on records sold for 24 hours. It resulted in 800,000 music fans purchasing $4.3 million worth of music from the site with all the money going into the pockets of artists.

They have now revealed that they’ll do it again on Monday 1 May, also hinting at other activity that will take place on the day, but not giving anything away just yet. If there’s been a record you’ve been pondering over and thinking of copping grab it on May 1.

It would mean the world to us if you would consider donating to our kickstarter. You can find it here.
