A busy 2018 keeps getting busier for Bobby Basil.

When Bobby Basil became a solo artist after leaving Dah Jevu in 2016 it looked like Ireland had a new solo rapper to be excited about. He released ‘Poppybella‘ with Wastefellow that year, but after a quiet 2017 it seemed he had taken the foot off the pedal.

But Bobby isn’t messing around this year. First the Dublin rapper linked up with Major Grave with ‘WANNA’, featuring visuals, shot and edited by Hugh Mulhern which got a run out on Link Up TV. He then had a video premiered on German hip hop magazine Juice, released a series of tracks with rapper Reckluse and shared perhaps the well-received ‘I Don’t Get Enough‘.

He’s now dropped ‘Alright’, featuring an auto-tuned hook with a string of intricately-crafted verses.
