“The concept somewhat stems from machine code as initially all the titles were related to that, but over time it became more focused on the idea of physical and emotional extension of the self, if that makes any sense…”

Cnámha has shared a new EP entitled ‘Identity’.

According to the producer the release says “this is what I am and was too”.

“Like in ‘Identity’ for example you can hear a few black metal snippets referencing the time before I was really into electronic music.”

The Irish artist says working with Brunswick Sound was key to the release of the record.

“Doubt I would have got the same result without [Shaikh from Brunswick]. Also a big shout out to Spurz and Eski Myth, was nuts to hear what they transformed my music into, and I couldn’t have asked for two better guys to do it.”
