Meeting House Square

We’ve curated a selection of Ireland’s finest hip hop talents take over Meeting House Square in Temple Bar. CelaviedmaiPat Lagoon, and BOYW1DR bring their own unique energy to Temple Bar on Friday. Coupled with Gadget and the Cloud and District Magazine DJs spinning a selection of heaters under the venue’s umbrellas, it promises to showcase some of Ireland’s most exciting up and comers.

The Fumbally Stables

The Fumbally Stables are opening their doors to educate on the effects of our eating and drinking habits on our health and happiness. Stemming from The Fumbally Café, The Stables host workshops, events, and weekly classes, with a core focus on food, culture and community.

Atelier Maser

Atelier Maser and Apartial are showcasing a brand new exhibition on Culture Night.  Created to highlight and display the works of street artists and gallery displays of other up-and-coming artists, their space will be open to the public to view the lost recent works.

Bring any old music gear down to The Ampitheatre, Liberties and Historic Quarter to swap with other enthusiasts. The myVolts Dublin Gear Swap will have people talking about gear, power and freebies will also be available.

Abbey artist studios

Abbey Artist Studios is a collectively-run art space opposite the Abbey Theatre, with members ranging from installation artist to costume designers and more.

Usually a private space for the artists, they are opening their doors to display their content. There will an informal rolling discussion group on the studio as a diverse, sustainable and collective research space. Frances Mezzetti will be performing between 7-9pm.

Centre for Creative Practices at D-Light Studios

In celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Centre for Creative Practices a series titled ‘Cultural Memory – Transition, Temporality, Transcultures’ will showcase a variety of urban art forms and will take place at D-Light Studios. Ranging from visual arts and photography to performance art and more it will explore various themes of cultural memories through workshops and talks.

Flying turtles productions

Visit for a 30 minute immersive live performance involving trained actors in costume as Film Noir characters à la the 1940s black and white films… Detective, Femme Fatale, Gangsters etc. Small groups of 12 audience members at a time are welcomed into the performance, provided they know the password: “SPEAK EASY”. RTÉ Open Air Concert on Clarke Square, Collins Barracks

RTÉ is bringing a free open-air concert to the National Museum of Ireland at Collins Barracks. Featuring an exciting mix of live music, spoken word, dance and performances from both established and emerging Irish artists, and special guests, in the company of the RTÉ Concert Orchestra.
