 Vince Staples, Justice & more.

Last month news broke that The War On Drugs, Grizzly Bear, Thundercat, Spoon, Warpaint and Superorganism will play on the Bank Holiday Monday of Forbidden Fruit, now to help make your day – the first wave of acts have been announced for the Saturday and Sunday of the festival.

Hip hop juggernaut and District favourite Vince Staples brings his Big Fish Theory tour back to Ireland after a standout performance at Electric Picnic back in September, joining him are two of the biggest names in electronic music; Justice and Bonobo. Forbidden Fruit are never ones to shy away from the best of modern day house and have continued that trend by announcing Bicep (live), Denis Sulta, Hunee and Ross From Friends (live). Rounding up the first weekend announcements are Oxford indie band Glass Animals.

Two day weekend tickets are on sale now for €109, three day tickets are priced at €162.50 and Monday only tickets are €64.50, all tickets can be purchased here.

This is just the first wave of announcements for Saturday and Sunday of the Kilmainham based festival so keep your eyes on District for more news as soon as it happens.
