“…we should whole heartedly search for the reason of why we are here.”

Videographer Nathan Barlow has once again linked up with Dublin rapper Jafaris, this time for a spoken word short film.

The visuals see Jafaris explore Dublin City at night, all shot in the space of an hour. According to Jafaris, “the message is basically about purpose and the side tracking journey you go through when you don’t have any idea what that purpose is. But ultimately what I’m trying to get across is that we shouldn’t waste the time we have now and we should whole heartedly search for the reason of why we are here.”

Barlow and Jafaris previously worked on one of our favourite Irish music videos of the past year, ‘Lucid‘ released back in July. Click here to check that out, or watch ‘Rodløs’ below.

Barlow tells us this will be the first of many films as they aim to build a collaborative team, “the films will only bigger, better and international.”
