Appearing on the scene in 1970 with his iconic groups Parliament and Funkadelic, George Clinton has notoriously been cited as one of the most influential musicians of all time.

Responsible for an incredible amount of hip hop tracks through the art of sampling, one of his latest tracks,  ‘Ain’t That Funkin’ Kinda Hard On You’, has once again been turned into a hip hop anthem.

With a remix of the track produced by Louie Vega, surfacing last year, Kendrick Lamar was brought in to rap on the the remix due to his collaborations with George Clinton on ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’.

Now another one of Compton’s most legendary exports has taken to the track to give his own take on it. ‘Ain’t That Funkin’ Kinda’ Hard On You’ featuring Kendrick Lamar and Ice Cube is available to stream below.
