Back in April it was confirmed that Dublin would be getting a brand new, music-focused venue.

This spot on Grafton Street is now called Lost Lane and sound is one of their top priorities. They recruited Toby Hatchett, the same crew who fitted out Hang Dai and other spots, to fit the soundsystem and brought in the likes of Nialler9 who runs Spacer every Friday and Sally Cinnamon, Claire Beck and Kate Brennan Harding on Saturdays for residencies.

“Lost Lane is all about the music experience,” said Elliot Hughes, Partner at The Porterhouse Group around the time of opening. “We’ve invested and put the focus on making sure the sound system is the best it can be, with Hatchett Sound Furniture and Scheele Sound, as well as the right lighting – with minimal distractions.

As well as announcing their Monday club, a weekly, free entry, live music night with drink promotions, they’ve also shared their listings from now until October, with more to be confirmed in the coming months. There’ll also be a District Mag takeover which we’ll reveal more about very soon…

They’ve also got a great drink selection, having just launched a cocktail menu. They’re also stocked up with a range of Irish and international craft beers on draught, plus cans and bottles from around the world, as they put it, “This is not a venue bought-up by the Big Breweries; there is choice here!”

For now, mark these in your diary.
