In March Little Green Cars, after over a decade making music together, announced that they had “come to the end of the road”.
“There has been no terrible calamity, no heartless betrayal and no punches thrown,” they explained at the time. “Rather, this simply feels like the right things for us, both personally and artistically.”
Shortly after, four of the members announced they’d be starting a new project, drumming up hype by making an appearance on The Late Late Show to perform their debut single ‘Swimming Through The Night’. Last weekend they closed out the District Magazine stage at Forbidden Fruit to a packed out stage.
Now Faye O’Rourke, Adam O’Regan, Donagh Seaver O’Leary and Dylan Lynch have released their first track to the world, sitting somewhere between a Blood Orange banger and an Erasure stadium anthem.
