A bumper night of Irish hip hop comes to The Sugar Club

June seen rising director Bobby Zithelo link up with Soul Doubt and District to present a preview of his documentary on the Irish rap scene ‘UP NEXT’. Due to popular demand, Soul Doubt are hosting ‘A Showcase of Cultural Excellence’, at The Sugar Club, Thursday 26 September.

Demonstrating the growth of hip hop in Ireland through a range of different mediums, the night will include performances from a number of Ireland’s top commodities. With Dena Anuk$a, Malaki and Nuxsense bringing the energy on the night with live appearances, those unfamiliar with the genre in Ireland will quickly get a taste for the range of talent that exists.

Cailean Coffey will be on hosting duties for a live podcast with Tebi Rex who have just released their debut album ‘The Young Will Eat The Old‘. Burner Record’s Fynch will also be holding a listening party on the night for his new EP ‘Bookies Pens & Loose Ends’.
