Ahead of his headline show at The Academy, Why-Axis has shared ‘Fade Out’.

After a festival-filled summer including an appearance at the main stage at Longitude, Why-Axis is back with an anthemic track to confirm the end of Summer.

‘Fade Out’ initially provides a slightly more melancholic vibe followed by an honest call to a loved one to hold on to a fading relationship. Featuring auto-tuned crooning and a more pop-leaning sound, Why-Axis has shared another piece of his ever growing sound palette.

On the new track Why-Axis says, “It was the first time I’ve worked with another producer on my own track so I was giving up a lot of creative control, that being said I was ready to just take a step into something new”.

“I’ve always wanted to show people a quieter side of my music and something a little more emotional, I’m hoping this track can demonstrate that”.

The Good Buzz member has give us a taste of the range of his musical abilities with this softer, more introspective track ahead of his upcoming EP.

Following the success of his bouncy ‘Airplane Mode‘ EP and Summer festival streak Why-Axis recently announced his biggest headline show yet at The Academy.
