Bad news for TLC fans, but Metropolis Festival just got bigger & better

Metropolis Festival have confirmed that 90s group TLC have pulled out of the festival, but it seems they’ve more than made up for it…

Metropolis Festival will welcome the likes of Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier, Adam Beyer, Leftfield performing Leftism, Fjaak, Jeremy Underground, Jungle, Death in Vegas, Mount Kimbie, Peggy Gou, Bonzai, Or:la, Krystal Klear, DJ Deece, Booka Brass Band, K Á R Y Y N, New Jackson, Hubie Davison, LE BOOM, Trinity Orchestra, Mount Alaska, Mango Dassler, ELLLL, Lakerama, Tara Stewart, Mix & Fairbanks and more to the RDS, Ballsbridge this October Bank Holiday weekend.

They’ve just confirmed that due to T-Boz injuring her neck and “is suffering from severe physical pain that has impacted her ability to perform at this time”, TLC have had to cancel their European tour, and subsequently their performance at the Dublin festival. Click here for the full statement.

They have, however, added hip hop legend DJ Jazzy Jeff, two of electronic musics most exciting DJs Mall Grab and Denis Sulta, plus modern disco don Todd Terje.
