Dublin’s essential events this weekend 24//25//26

For those doing dry January the end is in sight and we have plenty of events to enjoy this weekend.

Every Thursday at District we’ll be curating a selection of unmissable events in Dublin ahead of the coming weekend. Whether you have an appetite for thumping techno or are craving some hip hop classics we have you covered.

If you have been detoxing and taking it easy this month then you’ll be well aware you are on the final stretch. We’ve got some great film screenings, theatre performances and if you still need some dance-inducing nights then we have you covered.

Tasteinyourmouth present ‘B(l)oom’ the tale of two women and a city at its end. It is set in Powerscourt and GAA clubs and Donnybrook and on O’Connell bridge and in the place your mind goes to when you let it drift. It is all in your head.

Lighthouse Cinema is bringing a 4K restoration of Alejandro Jodorowsky’s The Holy Mountan for a limited time this weekend.

In a corrupt, greed-fuelled world, a powerful alchemist leads a Christ-like character and seven materialistic figures to the Holy Mountain, where they hope to achieve enlightenment.
