Emporium Dublin Launches Delivery 1 of New SS23 Collection

Words: Aoife Ní Bheirn

The streetwear and lifestyle brand’s latest drop is inspired by the ‘Everyday Uniform’.

Building upon the success of their AW22 collection, Emporium’s latest drop is the first of their SS23 collection, Delivery 1. Inspired by the ‘Everyday Uniform’, it features classic logos and boxy, relaxed cuts for everyday wear.

Founded in 2018 by Charlie Proctor Quigley and Robbie Fidgeon, their collections are produced on a seasonal basis and often take inspiration from street culture as well as vintage and 90s graphics.

Delivery 1 is the first of several SS23 drops, with the first instalment comprising of fourteen pieces, including three crewneck and sweatpant tracksuit sets, two colourways of the Arc Logo Hoodie, four tees, an oxford shirt and several classic accessories.

The collection focuses on providing high-quality pieces for the everyday uniform, with crewnecks, hoodies, and sweatpants using a 380gsm, preshrunk, heavyweight cotton. In contrast, the tees use 240gsm, pre-shrunk jersey cotton.

Built to stand the test of time, the crewneck sets are finished with an embroidered script logo, while hoodies feature a puff print chest logo.  The standout item from Delivery 1 is an atelier-made Oxford shirt, produced from deadstock fabric, limited to a run of 30, the Oxford shirt is a departure from run-of-the-mill streetwear pieces, as the brand develops into a fully-fledged lifestyle brand.

Delivery 1 will be available at Emporium Dublin’s season launch pop-up with renowned Dublin 8 lifestyle store Hen’s Teeth, from 12:00-17:00 on Saturday, April 1 and Sunday, April 2 followed by an online release on the brand’s web store on April 7 at 13:00.
