GaniyuTLG drops new track ‘Delay’

GaniyuTLG has been quite consistent this year.

In January he hooked up with  Huva and Chili to release a video for the track ‘Jolly’ off Huva’s LP ‘Roll2this’ as part of the ‘Somewhere in Ireland‘ series. He followed that up with ‘Around Here‘ and the extremely catchy ‘Quincy’, which he shared May and was one of his best tracks to-date.

Now he’s back again with ‘Delay’, featuring a beat by Tunisian producer Marwen Gobantini creating under the alias Lui Meme.

“‘Delay’ carries an orchestral atmosphere infused with passionate hip hop based vocals,” Ganiyu explains. “The song is built on original samples recorded in Dublin city. Wordplay was vivid to carry you floating through the song where the chorus/hook grounds you with deep mid-level vocals. To gel the entire project together we use a combination of panning ad-libs and backing vocals giving a trappy and modern edge.”

He tells us there’s more on the way, with tracks and videos on the immediate horizon. Check out the new one below.
