The store has teamed up with the London-based Lithuanian artist and illustrator for a limited release of an unapologetic ceramic sculpture.

Today, Hen’s Teeth has announced the release of ‘Lazy Kittin’, a limited edition ceramic sculpture designed in collaboration with artist Egle Zvirblyte.

The hand-painted earthenware ceramic sculptures brings one of Egle’s voluptuous characters to life in a playful 3D form and come with a custom-made wooden box and certificate of authenticity.

Speaking on the release Egle Zvirblyte said, “For me Lazy Kittin embodies an expression of female energy that I keep coming back to in many of my works – a wild, free, uninhibited, promiscuous, spontaneous, and unapologetic. This edition is a totem of a life of indulgence and pleasure, of enjoyment and of full experience of one’s body.”

Founder and Creative Director of Hen’s Teeth Greg Spring said, “We first worked with Egle at in installation at Drop Everything in 2018 and we’ve been hatching plans for this sculptural piece for nearly 3 years. Feels good to finally release her into the world.”

In addition to the ceramic piece, Hen’s Teeth has shared a complementary run of screen prints. The three different prints are editions of 50 and signed by Egle herself.
