Hip hop artist Sea High shares new spoken word piece

“Social media is a tool… Like a hammer… And much like a hammer it can cause a shitload of damage to your head if it’s used in the wrong way.”

More commonly known for placing his verses over Odd Future-tinged beats,  Irish rapper and poet Sea High has just shared a new spoken word piece entitled ‘Anti Social Media’.

Don’t let the title fool you, this isn’t an on the nose piece of commentary about the pitfalls of the internet generation. The subject matter may be well tread upon, but Sea High adds a new glint to it with his carefully constructed rhyming structure, bolstered by his Dublin cadence.

“Social media is a tool… Like a hammer… And much like a hammer it can cause a shitload of damage to your head if it’s used in the wrong way. It’s important to remember to take a breath, spend some time outdoors and clear that noggin of the negativity!”

Check it out below.
