Jay Electronica seems to have been gearing up to release his debut album for the last decade. There’s been numerous false starts and fans have been waiting a long time for the follow up to 2007’s ‘Act I: Eternal Sunshine (The Pledge)’.
In a series of tweets the rapper announced that he will be releasing the album March 18 this year.

I wouldn’t get too excited, but fingers crossed he follows through this time.
