Lead investigator in Tupac & Biggie murders coming to Ireland for Q&A

Greg Kading lead the investigation into the murders of Tupac & Biggie and was involved in producing the popular Netflix series about the infamous crimes.

Retired LAPD Detective Greg Kading is coming to Dublin on October 11 for a live event in Vicar Street entitled ‘Solved: The Tupac & Biggie Murders’.

Kading not only led the investigation of the legendary and influential Tupac Shakur and The Notorious B.I.G. in 1996 and 1997, but was also Co-Executive Produce on true crime series on Netflix ‘Unsolved’.

“Many people are familiar with the murders, but not the shocking aftermath. In 1997, Detective Russell Poole started digging into the murders, uncovering a ring of corruption that plagued the LAPD and in 2007, Detective Greg Kading re-opened Poole’s cold case with the help of a federal task force to find the truth. His investigation ultimately confirmed what many suspected – the murders of the two Hip Hop icons were linked.”

The Vicar Street event will be hosted by District’s Eric Davidson who will be speaking to Greg about all elements of the case, as well as a Q&A from the audience.

Tickets are €28.50 (including booking fee) and go on sale Monday August 27.
