Marcus Woods shares first track from forthcoming project ‘demo’
“It will all make sense in October.”
Marcus Woods has just shared the first release from his upcoming project ‘demo’, due to be released via District Recordings in a couple of months.
“I feel I’ve entered a completely new phase of sound in comparison to the older material and I want to stick with this; the next dozen tracks you’re about to hear are from the last nine to 12 months of my production. It’s the first body of music I can truly say I’m 100 per cent proud of and am excited to not just release, but to share.”
This project will follow up ‘shibui‘, a tape the young beatmaker released back in May inspired by Japanese jazz musician Yuji Ohno.
Marcus has just been announced as the special guest for Anomaly on August 24 in Waterford alongside Nonzus Magnus, Awkward Z and Pat Lagoon.
