Paul McCartney to headline Glastonbury 2020

Following much speculation the first headliner has been revealed.

Worthy Farm plays host to one of the biggest festivals in the world in the form of Glastonbury. There’s countless rumour mills throughout the year dedicated to who will headline the pyramid stage.

Last year seen Stormzy with a monumental performance and previous years have seen the likes of Adele, Coldplay and Jay-z. The festival has just revealed the first headliner after rumours and predictions were amped up this morning after a social media post from the former Beatles member.

It has now been officially confirmed that Paul McCartney will be the first headliner at the 50th anniversary edition of the famous festival in June 2020.
