Quick-fire questions: 7th Obi

“You should never take your focus off your purpose.”

Waterford’s 7th Obi is one of the country’s most consistent spitters. Frequently linking with LHK to drop melodic, 808 heavy tracks, he followed his 2018 release of ‘Taxi Club‘ with a number of stellar singles in 2019.

He’s developed his musical repertoire in recent years and cemented his place as a household name having featured on numerous end of year lists in 2018. Perhaps a more reclusive figure, there’s a healthy mystique to the artist and with this said we caught up with him to  unearth what makes him tick.
