It’s top-secret where they are heading next

Secret Sandwich Society [SSS] are leaving their first home in Dublin 8’s MVP. The SSS team announced the news over Instagram on July 22, that they would be leaving the Harold’s Cross spot on August 8th. Writing “our time at @mvpdublin is coming to an end, unfortunately. We will be finishing up here on the 8th of August”.

Meanwhile, representatives from MVP wrote that “we’ve had fun, but it’s time for them to move on to their next adventure ~ in saying that make sure you get down and check out their whopper gourmet toasties before they leave”.

SSS have been operating out of the dog-friendly bar since they opened their doors to hungry punters on Thursday, April 15th.

Using suppliers like Bread41, McNally Family Farm and Corlegggy Cheeses SSS prided themselves on using the “best quality local and Irish produce” for their sandwiches.

Slinging a menu of five permanent fixtures on the board and a weekly special, SSS made a name for themselves slinging ingenious sandwiches to the people along the canal.

SSS aren’t upstart sandwich sellers, before their popup in MVP the team ran P Macs Dundrum which closed its doors on November 2020.

While the SSS have as yet not revealed where they will be popping up next, they have said they will be taking a little break in between the move to the new location.
