Taste of Dublin is taking place this year

Words: Emily Mullen

The 15th edition of Dublin’s ultimate food festival is taking place in the Iveagh Gardens from September 1st to 5th

Hoping to rectify nearly a year and a half worth of banana bread and flat cinnamon buns, Taste of Dublin is returning this year. The food festival will be taking place in Dublin’s Iveagh Gardens from September 1st to 5th.

The festival will run 12 sessions over five days, with organisers adding that “to ensure that Taste of Dublin can be delivered in a safe environment, additional sessions have been added with a reduced capacity per session. Using the Government’s most current guidance, organisers will adapt the event to run in accordance with any restrictions in place at that time while still maintaining the much-loved Taste format.”

Taste of Dublin continues to champion the makers, bakers, and creators of Ireland’s flourishing food scene and new for 2021 the event will feature a flavour of Irish culture and arts content. Taste offers visitors the unique opportunity to source essential ingredients from artisan producers, engage with Ireland’s top culinary talent, be on the front line of masterclasses and relax in the gourmet atmosphere of the city’s finest food and drink festival.

Taste of Dublin will take place from September 1st to 5th 2021, tickets go on sale Friday, June 25th.

Tickets starting at €20 (ex booking fee) will go on sale Friday, June 25th, with newsletter subscribers getting an exclusive pre-sale from Wednesday, June 23rd. For more information visit Taste of Dublin website.
