Bear Lemon has been sourcing natural ingredients and using seasonal produce to create their delicious bites since its inception in 2017. They launched a creamy oat ice-cream made from Irish oats earlier this year, and now they are launching the first walk in vegan bakery in Ireland.
Amongst the cakes available on their menu is gingerbread men, oreo-stuffed cookies, banana cake and more.
The new bakery is on the Lower Drumcondra Road and launches this week.
