Apple has just announced the trailer and release date of ‘Billie Eilish: The World’s a Little Blurry’

Apple TV has just unveiled the release date and trailer for the new compelling documentary about Billie Eilish. The film will be shown in cinemas by NEON and premiere globally on Apple TV on February 26 2021.

The documentary tells the story of Billie Eilish’s early rise to stardom. She became famous at the age of seventeen and has since been recognised worldwide.

Billie Eilish’s music rose in popularity after she released the single ‘Ocean Eyes’ on Soundcloud in 2015, at just fourteen years of age. She released her first album in ‘When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?’ last year, it quickly shot up the Billboard Charts and became one of the best-selling albums of 2019.

The upcoming film documents Billie’s journey through stardom, touring, recording and writing music. It also features her brother and producer, Finneas O’Connell.

One of Billie’s most recent projects was the recording of the infamous James Bond theme song. Billie wrote and sung ‘No Time To Die’, for the upcoming film of the same name. The song was arranged and composed by Hans Zimmer, the celebrated composer of films such as ‘Interstellar’, ‘Inception’ and ‘The Dark Night’. Daniel Craig’s last rendition of Bond is set to release in April 2021.

‘Billie Eilish: The World’s a Little Blurry’ was created by the filmmaker RJ Cutler who previously worked on ‘The September Issue’, ‘If I Stay’ and ‘Listen To Me Marlon’. Apple TV are releasing the film, they originally launched in November 2019. They offer a range of compelling documentaries, TV shows and films including ‘The Morning Show’, ‘Home Before Dark’ and ‘Oprah Talks’.
