Chance the Rapper to host a reboot of Punk’d

The iconic prank show is coming back.

Way back in 2003 Ashton Kutcher took charge of what would become a much loved show playing tricks on big name celebrities including Justin Timberlake, Beyoncé and Frankie Munez.

Videos went viral on early youtube and there were a lot of red faces. It became a staple of MTV’s newer look that featured less music and more reality tv. However it ceased broadcasting in 2007 apart from having two single season stints in 2012 and 2015.

Just a few days ago Deadline revealed that Chance would be taking on hosting duties in the reboot that would be streamed on mobile app Quibi.

The new series is set to go live in April with the launch of the platform. Watch the teaser below:
