COLLECTIVE Films Share Fontaines D.C. Documentary ‘Sold For Parts’

Fontaines D.C. have teamed up with COLLECTIVE Films to create a documentary following the Mercury Prize nominated band.

Following the release of Fontaines D.C.’s critically-acclaimed album ‘Dogrel’, COLLECTIVE Films have shared a new documentary following the five piece band.

‘Sold For Parts’ documents Fontaines D.C.’s journey as they write, record and release their critically-acclaimed and award-winning debut album.

Featuring a number of honest interviews with the members of the band, the 25 minute film also shows behind the scenes footage of studio sessions and conversations with those closest to the making of ‘Dogrel’, including producer Dan Carey (Speedy Wunderground).

Capturing never seen before moments, the film showcases a dedicated group in a raw, genuine format. Unique and unpolished, it bristles with an energy of a future unknown, providing a revealing and honest look at a group willing to open up the deepest parts of their process, both as musicians and individuals.
