Hen’s Teeth launch a ‘criminally delicious’ ice cream range

No doubt in the hope of tempting some sun out of those dark clouds that swirl around Dublin, Hen’s Teeth have launched an ice cream range. Dubbed “Iced Gems” the limited edition range of Ice cream will be available from the Blackpitts store.
So far the team has launched three pretty interesting flavors, but they have plans to expand. There’s the basil and caramelised white chocolate, the white miso and brown butter cake and pecan crunch, followed by black sesame and Mexican dulce de leche to complete the trio.
Describing the flavors as “criminally delicious” the team “spent a lot of the last lockdown pigging out, road-testing, and testing again our new ice cream range. It was tough times, but we got through it and the results are ridiculously good.”
The ice cream which launched on April 4, is already proving to be a success with the team restocking their shelves already.
