Ireland Gets Its First Cafe ‘O’Maro’

The result of a collaboration between Dublin-based Stillgarden Distillery and Cloud Picker Coffee, expertly infused with our Ethiopian Shawo single-origin coffee.

The name is an Irish twist on the Café Amaro. Caffè Amaro is a one-of-a-kind take on coffee liqueurs. Amaro, the Italian word for ‘bitter’, is a liqueur category. These drinks are characterized by their bitter, herbal, and slightly sweet flavour. These stem from the use of botanicals, herbs, and cane syrup.

Priced at thirty-three euros, this low abv sipper will appeal to anyone fond of an espresso martini. It’s available from Stillgarden Distillery, Cloud Picker and Celtic Whiskey Shop.
