Jafaris releases stunning visuals for ‘If You Love Me’

“If imagination was reality and you could author your own story, my intro would be this.”

If you’ve been to see Jafaris over the past view months (it’d be weird if you haven’t because he’s played at pretty much every Irish festival this summer), then you may have heard this track before.

When he has the full backing of the band, it’s a sight to behold seeing him bang this one out on stage, so a video with power was an absolute necessity. Recruiting directors Nathan Barlow (who he previously worked with on ‘Lucid‘) and Cian Hamilton, they’ve pulled no punches.

The track is taken from his EP ‘Velvet Cake’ which he launched back in April. Click here to check that out, and watch the video in full below.

On a Dart journey out to Dalkey for a photo shoot, we interviewed Jafaris about societal changes in Ireland since the 80s, tackling the mass emigration of Irish artists, and the rocky road to find his purpose. Click here to read that conversation.
