Lisa Hannigan drops new video for ‘Undertow’

Lisa Hannigan has shared a brand new video for ‘Undertow’ taken off her third album ‘At Swim’, released back in August last year.

Commenting on the making of the video, the singer and her producers told NPR, “we felt that the best way was for me to learn the song backwards so that all around me would move upwards, not down. It took a while for the reverse words and melody to sink in”.

Lisa is due to play Bank Holiday Monday, June 5 as part of Forbidden Fruit Festival on the grounds of the Irish Museum of Modern Art. The stage is curated by Bon Iver who will also be performing on the day.

Along with Lisa Hannigan and Bon Iver, other artists due to play as selected by Justin Vernon are Flying Lotus (3D show), The Staves, Gordi and Paul Thomas Saunders.
