Metropolis Festival announce first round of acts for 2017 edition
A legendary R&B group, a techno icon and more.
In May the new date for the third edition of Metropolis Festival was announced. Last year Metropolis Festival took place in the RDS on November 3-5 with Grace Jones, DJ Shadow, Moderat, SBTRKT, Booka Shade BADBADNOTGOOD, Crystal Castles, Novelist, Floating Points, and more over the three days.
It’ll now take place on the October Bank Holiday weekend, October 23-29, going back to a two-day model.
The autumn festival have now announced the first round of artists for 2017, and it’s as eclectic as ever.
TLC, Richie Hawtin, Leftfield performing Leftism, Jungle, Death in Vegas, Mount Kimbie, Bonzai, DJ Deece and Booka Brass Band are the first names joining in on the fun.
