Other Voices: Watch The Mary Wallopers sing ‘Home Boys Home’ from a boat

This is great.

The Ballina edition of Other Voices served up some special performances earlier this year. One group that was the talk of the town was The Mary Wallopers. The trad trio hopped on a boat for a special performance of ‘Home Boys Home’.
Following the huge success of their DIY live performance from the comfort of their gaff, The Mary Wallopers will be hosting a second gig on Friday 10 April at 20.00. You can click here to donate to their paypal or here for their bandcamp.

Tonight on RTÉ 2 an Other Voices IMRO Other Room Special will air at 23.00 and on Friday at 00.00. It features Junior Brother, Alex Gough, Anna Mieke, Junior Brother, Thumper and A. Smyth.
