Slapping Boys Bottoms to host Midnight Show in Whelan’s

The five piece group are bringing their unique soundscapes to Whelan’s.

Performance art collective Slapping Boys Bottoms are based between both Dublin and Madrid. The crew’s numerous members have their own distinct skill sets ranging from experience in street performance to a background in fine art. Individuals are involved in a number of creative endeavours including Folklore, Boon, Goblin Magazine, Acid Granny and Kurb Junki.

Pooling their unique skills and approaches they create unique soundscapes and atmospheres under the umbrella of Slapping Boys Bottoms.

Thursday 12 March the five piece group will be releasing a mixtape  and performing their brand of danceable, improvised music in Whelan’s.
