There’s a Winding Stair and Legal Eagle collab in the works

Words: Emily Mullen

Let’s call it The Winding Eagle

While they may be under the same ownership, The Winding Stair and The Legal Eagle have kept things pretty separate, until now.

The restaurant and gastropub are joining forces and menus to create a collaboration between the two, which we are calling The Winding Eagle.

Necessity is the mother of invention and the June 10ths outdoor dining stipulations, necessitated the collaboration.

“We had no outside space and we needed to consider our options. Our chefs put their heads together, came up with a menu taking the best of both The Eagle and The Stair,” the team wrote on Instagram.

The new spot will be located on the first-floor terrace at The Winding Stair’s Ormond Quay spot, which will boast “a summery, safe rooftop vibe”.

Bookings for the new spot are now live, through The Legal Eagle’s Instagram account. With a representative jokingly encouraging customers to stop “asking us to put ten tables of six together for a group of sixty. Please pretty please”.

Follow The Legal Eagle and The Winding Stair on Instagram for updates.
