There’s so much music dropping every week and so much fanfare around releases that it’s becoming increasingly harder to cut through the noise.
With that in mind, we’ve made your life that little bit easier by curating the best releases of the week so far.
Friday saw one of Soft Boy’s resident producers drop a new tape, alongside a stunning new video from Biig Piig and a collaborative tape from CBAKL and Don Kobz.

His latest effort ‘Doesn’t Feel Like’ combines all of the aforementioned skills into a thoughtful cut that discusses Ireland’s relationship with racism.
Biig Piig – Don’t Turn Around
Glamourous disco-pop anthem that signposts the NiNE8 Collective member’s evolution from underground sensation to genuine star.
Flo Milli – Ho, Why Is You Here
20-year-old rising rapper Flo Milli came through with her highly anticipated debut EP ‘Ho, Why Is You Here’.

One for the heads.
Uly – I don’t need to understand

to go walking to’.
A predictably tight effort.
Gorillaz – PAC-MAN Feat. ScHoolboy Q
Latest track from Damon Albarn’s animated group’s ‘Song Machine’ series featuring TDE’s ScHoolboy Q.
Uwmami – Satin Feat. Sélu
Uwmami’s considered production balanced with intricate vocal layers from Sélu results in a meditative piece that gently caresses the soul.

New sun-kissed tape from resident Soft Boy Records producer Brién. The Northern Irish producer has reasserted his position as one of the country’s leading musical talents in his latest offering.
Roshi & Cheesmore – Becoming, Beginning
A collaborative EP that seamlessly merges turbulent instrumentals with pop-leaning vocal cuts.
Aby Coulibaly – Taurus
