The G-Unit head honcho and executive producer of ‘Power’ returns to Ireland this June.
Today, Curtis Jackson AKA 50 Cent has revealed he is returning to Ireland for a headline show in the 3Arena.
It comes as he continues to put his stamp in music and film after over 15 years in the game. Way back in 2004, 50 Cent won five GRAMMYs including best rap act and the award for best rap album. For a number of years after that it was full steam ahead, with the New York rapper connecting with Eminem, The Game and a host of hip hop’s biggest names across a number of projects. His seminal album Get Rich or Die Tryin was one of the fastest selling albums in history and his beef with Kanye West on their shared release day is still a huge moment in rap’s history.
Outside of music, he’s starred in and executive produced ‘Power’ and currently has his hands in a lot of other pies as he continues to expand his reach across popular culture.
50 heads to the 3Arena on Sunday 12 June for a headline show in Dublin.
Tickets start from 59.50 euro and go on sale this Friday at 09.00.
Elsewhere on District: Tony Hawk to host live conversation in Dublin.
