Beyond The Pale announce first headliners Hot Chip

Words: Dylan Murphy

It will be the only show in the Republic of Ireland from the group in 2023.

Last year, Beyond The Pale held its inaugural festival in Glendalough Estate. Featuring the likes of Shygirl, Orbital, Four Tet, Bonobo and more, it sold out at the first time of asking and now they’ve moved quickly to announce the first headliner for the sophomore edition.

From 16-18 June, Beyond The Pale will play host to another special wave of acts. They’ve announced none other than Hot chip as the headliners for the festival’s second edition. The London five-piece released their eighth album Freakout/Release this month on Domino Records. It reached the number one spot in both the UK Dance Albums and UK Independent Albums chat.

Keep your eyes peeled for 150 acts in total, who will be revealed in the weeks and months to come.

Tickets for Beyond The Pale go on sale Friday 30 September from their website. Early bird tickets are available 24 hours earlier via presale, subscribe via their website.
