BIMM is laying the foundations for the next generation of Irish musicians and industry professionals by offering the opportunity to be awarded one of three scholarships for their Foundation Diploma Courses.
BIMM is offering three different creative scholarships, helping budding artists become a step closer to actualising their passions by covering fees in full for three awardees.
The scholarships include the Dermot Kennedy Foundation Diploma in Professional Musicianship Scholarship, the RTÉ 2FM Foundation Diploma in Music & Audio Production and the IMRO Foundation Diploma in Music Business.
During the one-year part-time diploma courses, diploma students have access to the facilities and opportunities on offer at BIMM such as guest Masterclasses, and one-to-one tutorials, taught by a team of experienced music industry professionals.
Home to alumni like George Ezra, Fontaines D.C., The Murder Capital, AE Mak and Natasha Bent who walked through BIMM’s doors and into the music industry, the one-year part-time diploma courses awarded by BIMM Institute Dublin are the equivalent of Level 6 on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications.
The Foundation Diploma Course is structured to introduce you to the world of musicianship and grant you the crucial skills for the beginning of the creative journey.
BIMM Institute Dublin opens the doors to the music industry. Encouraging academic
freedom, providing real-world industry experiences and building a community across colleges in Ireland, UK and Germany.
Applications for this course close on July 31 and are made directly through BIMM.
