Black & Irish curate summer lineup of DJs in Guinness Open Gate Brewery

A bespoke beer in collaboration with music heavy-weights, local DJs every Friday and Saturday and food from Ruby Tuesdays? The Guinness Open Gate Brewery is packed with heat all summer.

Guinness Open Gate Brewery and Black & Irish have teamed up to curate a new weekly summer series. Starting July 22 and running right through to September 10, the best new emerging black and Irish DJs from across the country head to the Guinness Open Gate Brewery every Friday and Saturday. DJ R3D, Azeez (Blckcnvs), DJ Safarii, Alice (A-MON€Y) and more are on hand spinning hip hop, afrobeats, house and RnB direct from the capital.

This comes after Universal Music Ireland hosted 0207 Def Jam at the Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Dublin, showcasing the London label’s ground-breaking roster and helping realise the shared ethos of connecting diverse music communities. Label heads, Alec and Alex Boateng have also collaborated on an exclusive brew that will be available on tap all summer. The Mango & Lime flavoured ‘The Boateng Brew’ arrives alongside Ruby Tuesday’s Soul Food collaboration dish – a Jerk Beef Patty with a Brett lime and mango salsa. Coupled with the DJs on hand all summer, the Brewery is delivering the perfect accompaniments for the latest heatwave.
