Brand new Ruby Tuesday’s and exclusive beer on offer at Guinness Open Gate Brewery

Words: Ellen Kenny

With a bespoke beer collection from 0207 Def Jam, and an exclusive menu from Afro-Caribbean restaurant Ruby Tuesday’s Soul Food, the Guinness Open Gate Brewery is packed to the brim this summer.

Food from Ruby Tuesday’s

Guinness Open Gate Brewery and Black & Irish have teamed up to curate a new weekly summer series. From July 22 to September 10, the teams will invite the best emerging black and Irish DJs from across the country to play at their weekend events.

And what better way to enjoy some local talent than with an exclusive menu from the creators themselves?

Guinness Open Gate Brewery will offer their classic menu, including Halloumi fries and Guinness honey kimchi BBQ chicken wings.

Along with this, the chefs have collaborated with Ruby Tuesday’s Soul Food to make an exclusive dish just for this summer. The Jerk Beef Patty offers a rich, smoky taste using a mixture of dry-rubbed spices and herbs, and will be served with a Brett lime and mango salsa.

Ruby Tuesday’s Soul Food brings authentic Caribbean right to your home. The takeaway service is known for its dynamic mix of Ghana and Caribbean cooking that has swept festivals with its famous jerk chicken wings and ever-growing menu.

And you’ll need something to wash down that meal. Along with their dynamic group of creatives, London-based music label 0207 Def Jam have created a bespoke brew with the Brewery this summer.

Along with the Brewery’s classic drinks menu, you can now get the Mango & Lime Brett Ale, also known as the Boateng Brew for the co-presidents of 0207 Def Jam, Alex & Alec Boateng.

With a host of great talent and a delicious menu, the Brewery is delivering the perfect accompaniments for the latest heatwave.
