Over the weekend chicken food truck, Cluck Chicken, announced that they have secured a new permanent home in The Square Tallaght.
Work has officially kicked off in their new location, which is the former home of WingIt. In their post, they said, “It has been over a year in the works, and I really thought this unit had passed us by so many times, but we never gave up & we are Clucking buzzing for this.”
Cluck Chicken are one of the pandemic success stories. The food truck launched by Elaine and Ian in October 2020 off the Walkinstown roundabout has gone from strength to strength in that time.
