Words: Dylan Murphy

They’ll be serving French Dip Beef Sandwiches and natural wine selected by Neighbourhood Wine Dublin.

Today, Dublin chef Cúán Greene shared news that he’ll be joining forces with Stoneybatter’s Sceal Bakery on Sunday 29 November for a Sip ‘n Dip.

It’ll consist of french dip beef sandwiches (alongside a vegetarian option) coupled with a natural wine chosen by Neighbourhood Wine Dublin at the newly opened Neighbourhood Wine Spot at 148 Upper Leeson Street.

The food offering lands on the last week in November and features a roast beef sandwich dipped in a roasted chicken wing garum sauce and stuffed with pickles and preserves served on a crispy bread roll courtesy of Sceal Bakery. Also included will be Charlotte’s Choux au Craquelin filled with Woodruff Pastry Cream.
