Every Irish artist featured in Conversations with Friends

Words: Eva O’Beirne

Released on Sunday, the new series has created a buzz similar to Normal People.

It’s been a busy few years for Sally Rooney. The author’s best-selling book Normal People aired back in April of 2020 and simultaneously propelled Paul Mescal and Daisy Edgar Jones to new heights, Irish artists’ music was featured across the series and the show found fans ranging from the Kardashians to Phoebe Bridgers.

Lenny Abrahamson has returned to direct Conversations with Friends, which follows Frances, a 21-year-old college student, as she navigates a series of relationships that force her to confront her own vulnerabilities for the first time.

The series stars emerging talent Alison Oliver, as well as Sasha Lane, Joe Alwyn and Jemima Kirke.

We’ve scoured the soundtrack and trailers for the new series to bring you a complete list of all Irish artists and their tracks featured in Conversations with Friends.
