Hang Tough reveal new home on Exchequer Street

Words: Dylan Murphy

The art gallery took to Instagram to talk about their relocation and their upcoming exhibitions.

Hang Tough is moving to 4 Exchequer St, Dublin 2. The contemporary art galley talked about their move on Instagram saying, “We can finally share the news of our new permanent home for Hang Tough Contemporary!”.

“This exceptionally beautiful space will host our exhibitions from Irish and international artists with our gallery ethos to make unique, unparalleled artistic talent readily available to a discerning and engaged audience. We will provide a platform for visual artists, while simultaneously accommodating an experience where art can be appreciated and enjoyed in vibrant, accessible settings.”

“We would like to say thank you to Goran and the Coppinger Row crew and in particular Marc who was so good as to offer us the CR space for the past few months to road test our successful gallery concept.”

The news comes as the gallery hosts its final exhibition in their Coppinger Row pop up. Robyn Carey’s ‘Alternate’ opens at 18.00 today.
