Jafaris explores LA in new video for ‘Time’

At the end of January Jafaris released ‘TIME’, the second single from his debut album ‘STRIDE’, which is set to drop next month.

Following on from the first single ‘Found My Feet‘, Jafaris once again mixed hip hop, R&B and more mainstream sensibilities, all under the keen production eye of Diffusion Lab.

Now the track has some top quality videos, a statement of how serious Jafaris is taking his career. The video was premiered on The FADER and here’s what he had to say on the site.

“This video embodies the message of the song very well, it’s really just me going away and taking time to reconnect with myself and to experience new things, for a long while before this I was using up a lot of energy and brain power to feed the people around me but in doing so I neglected myself and before it could get to a detrimental state, this song came about as a therapeutic method.”

Check out the video below, directed by Nathan Barlow, ahead of Jafaris dropping his debut album ‘Stride’ on March 8.
