‘Beau Is Afraid’ is set to be a four-hour nightmare comedy.
Ari Aster’s new film, ‘Beau Is Afraid’, is in the works. The write, director and producer is said to be in talks with Joaquin Phoenix to lead his new creation.
Aster has been working on the project since 2011 when he created a short film titles ‘Beau’. Phoenix would play Beau, who is described as “an anxious but pleasant-looking man”.
Aster is known for directing, writing and producing the horror films ‘Hereditary’ and ‘Midsommar’.
