Lost Times: Gemma Dunleavy headlines outdoor gig at Meeting House Square

We’re throwing a gig at Meeting House Square with some of Ireland’s finest acts at the top of next month.

Over the past year, our ears have been blessed with some of the best music in recent memory. Because of ‘you know what’ most of this new music hasn’t had a chance to be absorbed by a live audience, however, as part of Lost Times, we’re bringing four of our favourite acts to Meeting House Square to celebrate some of the best music released during lockdown.

Following a Choice Prize nomination for song of the year and the release of her fantastic Up De Flats, Gemma Dunleavy will headline the outdoor concert at Meeting House Square on Thursday 2 September. Gemma will be joined by Ahmed, With Love. following his string of inventive music videos and J. Smith who delivered one of the most enduring and emotive albums this year. With one more act yet to be announced and kicking off at 19.00, it’s set to deliver a helping of live music as we all wait for the world to return to normal.

Lost Times comes as part of DUBLIN ALIVE!, Dublin City Council’s Local Live Performance Programme funded by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media.
