Miss gigs? We’re using this 3d rendering of Whelan’s just to feel something

Rather than fantasying about what it’d be like to be back inside one of your favourite venues, use this website.

We’ll attach this with a trigger warning, as we’ve been brought to tears by less when we have thought about live music in the past year.

Whelan’s shared a google maps-style website that allows users to visit the inside of the venue virtually. It’s perfect in case you forgot what the Dublin spot looked like.

You can view the venue with a VR headset and Dave Allen from Whelan’s revealed you can even have a pint in the venue virtually if you hit the ‘Dollhouse’ setting.
